UPDATES TO THE BOOK

The publishing process did not allow for many images in No Right to Win.   The book’s graphics augment the text very nicely, but there are no photos of the veterans whose stories are the heart of the book.   Another limitation, one that all books have, is the fact that any important new information or development that might come about after the publication date is not included.  That’s uniquely true on the Battle of Midway Roundtable, since analysis of some of the battle’s principal aspects did not cease with the completion of the book.  In at least one case, important additional information came to light leading to significant new conclusions that definitely would have made it into the book had it been known prior to publication.

From 2007 through 2009, the author sought to solve both issues by providing a supplementary CD to all holders of No Right to Win.  The CD had an abundance of veteran photos plus updated text.  With the transition of this web site to a new hosting service, it’s now possible to post those photos and files here.  Further additions will be posted with future updates.
